Eloise Leon Guerrero has worked in the Talent Acquisition field for 20 years. She began her career recruiting for the commercial and home security industry in 2002. Eloise then shifted her career to healthcare recruitment and has been in varying TA roles (leadership and non-leadership) from 2003 through the present. Over that span of time, she has managed recruitment efforts for assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, as well as hospital and ambulatory care environments. Her background includes support of small and large facilities with a reach throughout the west coast. She has extensive experience in union and non-union affiliated organizations, as well as recent support of a company which utilizes a RPO (outsourcing) model. Her background includes years of experience working for companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Prestige Care, Legacy Health, Providence St. Joseph Health and IBM.
