Andrea Parks has been in healthcare recruitment and hiring for 23 years and is currently the Lead Talent Advisor working with Providence. She is passionate about helping people find the right organization for them and matching them with fantastic careers. She lives in Oregon City, Oregon with her husband of almost 25 years and two daughters (18 and 15 years old) who keep them busy with their passion for dance.
Kayla Giddings
Kayla Giddings has been working in Healthcare Talent Acquisition for 9 years and is a current Talent Advisor supporting Providence St Joseph Health. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her Husband of two and half years along with her Mini Aussie pup, Willa and two ginger Kittens. She loves reading, spending time remodeling her fixer upper and exploring all things Portland!
Cameron West
Cameron is an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a demonstrated history of working in both the healthcare and security industry. Originally from Florida, Cameron moved to the Portland area in 2015 after graduating from the University of West Florida with a BA degree in Finance. When he is not working, Cameron enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his 3-year-old bulldog, Milo.
Jessica Paulus
Jessica Paulus has 15 years of staffing and recruiting experience. Twelve of those years have been spent in the inpatient nursing arena, where she quickly discovered her passion for the healthcare industry. Whether it be acting as a strategic partner for her hiring leaders, or being an advocate for caregivers throughout their career, she is meticulous when it comes to her attention to detail and remains dedicated to providing top-tier customer service. In Jessica’s free time, she enjoys adventuring with her dog Jackson, and vacationing anywhere sunny.
Matt Richardson
Matt is an experienced Healthcare Recruiter supporting nursing and nursing support for over 8 years. He lives in Washougal Washington with his 2 boys and wife. In his free time he enjoys going to the beach with his family, golfing, spending time with friends and family, and going to Oregon State football games.
Eloise Leon-Guerrero
Eloise Leon Guerrero has worked in the Talent Acquisition field for 20 years. She began her career recruiting for the commercial and home security industry in 2002. Eloise then shifted her career to healthcare recruitment and has been in varying TA roles (leadership and non-leadership) from 2003 through the present. Over that span of time, she has managed recruitment efforts for assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, as well as hospital and ambulatory care environments. Her background includes support of small and large facilities with a reach throughout the west coast. She has extensive experience in union and non-union affiliated organizations, as well as recent support of a company which utilizes a RPO (outsourcing) model. Her background includes years of experience working for companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Prestige Care, Legacy Health, Providence St. Joseph Health and IBM.
Dustin Attaway
Dustin Attaway has been in healthcare recruitment and hiring for almost 10 years and is currently a Talent Advisor working with Providence. He is passionate about helping people find the right organization for them and matching them with fantastic careers. He lives in Dallas, Texas and enjoys spending his free time surrounded by family and friends, both playing and watching sports, and enjoying live music.
Sydney Tricaso
Sydney Tricaso started her career in the staffing and healthcare industry 8 years ago, and it quickly became a passion for her. She understands the importance of being proactive and organized when working within the healthcare environment. When Sydney isn't working with caregivers and clients, she loves being outside hiking with her dog and traveling to new places with her family.
Terry Sneed
Terry Sneed is a Louisiana native that now lives in Atlanta, GA, and is a father and veteran. His passion for recruiting started when he was just a young sergeant in the United States Army. While servicing his country for over eighteen years and retiring as a Master Recruiter, he came to Providence with an enormous amount of experience, skills, and devotedness.
