Andrea Parks has been in healthcare recruitment and hiring for 23 years and is currently the Lead Talent Advisor working with Providence. She is passionate about helping people find the right organization for them and matching them with fantastic careers. She lives in Oregon City, Oregon with her husband of almost 25 years and two daughters (18 and 15 years old) who keep them busy with their passion for dance.
