Claudia brings a wealth of knowledge around effective sourcing, employer brand and marketing, candidate engagement, and hiring manager satisfaction. She has over five years of high volume recruiting experience working with industry leading agencies specifically within Travel Nursing. She joined Talent Acquisition at our Physician Enterprise group in 2021 and is currently leading a team for Eastern Washington and has taken ownership to over 150 job requisitions. She has a passion for helping others, especially during these difficult times where staffing our clinics are so crucial and directly impacts so many people’s lives. Claudia’s strength is her ability to embrace change and adapt to new ideas that in today’s world seems to be happening daily! She currently resides in her hometown of Modesto in Northern California and has lived in San Diego for five years before that. Claudia has a passion for traveling and on the weekends you can find her hiking, skiing, going to the beach and eating at one of the many delicious local restaurants around town!
