Melissa’s journey with Providence began in 2015, initially supporting non-nursing roles before transitioning to nursing and nursing support in 2019. Growing up in the Puget Sound area has deepened her commitment to supporting nursing leaders within the community. Beyond her professional endeavors, Melissa finds fulfillment in family time, often accompanied by her beloved golden doodle, Oslo. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, and supporting her son Camden in his adventures, whether it’s a day at the park or cheering him on during soccer games.
