Melissa Davisson
Melissa's journey with Providence began in 2015, initially supporting non-nursing roles before transitioning to nursing and nursing support in 2019. Growing up in the Puget Sound area has deepened her commitment to supporting nursing leaders within the community. Beyond her professional endeavors, Melissa finds fulfillment in family time, often accompanied by her beloved golden doodle, Oslo. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, and supporting her son Camden in his adventures, whether it's a day at the park or cheering him on during soccer games.
Chris Owens
A Talent Advisor since 2015, Chris initially focused on transitional and long-term care at Providence. Currently, Chris channels her expertise into nursing recruitment for Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA (PRMCE). She thrives on collaborating with clients and candidates alike to uncover the perfect career matches. In her spare time, she has a passion for hiking, fitness, and Seattle's summer activities, which complements cherished moments spent with her grandchild.
Jodi Persinger
Jodi brings over nine years of experience in healthcare Talent Acquisition, having been a valued member of Providence's team since 2020. Her expertise lies in supporting the North Puget Sound Service Area, with a comprehensive understanding of Providence Swedish's clinical and non-clinical roles. Outside of work, Jodi finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and two daughters. She actively supports her daughters' athletic pursuits, including ice hockey, basketball, and lacrosse. During the summer, her family retreats to their cottage in Canada, while winters are spent at their cabin in south Buffalo, NY.
