Tiffany is excited to help support the Spokane and Walla, Walla WA region. She too lives in the state of WA, in Vancouver. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge of supporting Hiring Managers in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. She prides herself on being a true partner with the managers, and offers strategies and thinks outside of the box to find ways to effectively hire candidates. Tiffany has 16 years in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition and Development. The last 12 years have been in Healthcare recruiting for Nurses, Allied Health, Physicians, Psych positions,, CNA’S, LPN’S, MA’S, Clinical and Administrative positions. She has worked in Clinics, Healthcare Staffing Agency’s, and for Providence Hospital.   When Tiffany does have spare time she loves to contest, go cider tasting, see Broadway plays, spend time with her husband and 3 kids, travel, and loves to go on special treasure hunts for the best desserts. In her own words (Yes, I will spend all day in the car in hot pursuit of the best cupcake, pie, or etc. So far Baby Cakes in San Diego has the best cupcakes. But I’m open to new ideas- maybe that means a road trip to Walla Walla or Spokane soon.)
