Christina Schwartz
Christina Schwartz is a seasoned recruiting professional with over seven years of experience in talent acquisition, including five in healthcare recruitment. She has supported various areas within the Providence organization and is currently focused on recruiting for Northern California Non-Nursing specialties. As a Talent Advisor, Christina specializes in building strong partnerships with hiring leaders at all levels. She currently holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership, bringing a people-centered approach to talent acquisition.
Megan Lush
Megan is a career Talent Advisor with more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Having covered multiple regions and service areas in her five years with Providence, she currently supports the Southern California market for non-nursing roles. Her consultative approach builds strong relationships with her clients and candidates and focuses on results driven recruitment. Megan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management.
Amanda Levy
Amanda has 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within the healthcare industry. She excels at developing strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring the best fit for both parties. Amanda holds a Business Administration degree and is skilled in creating innovative recruitment strategies, utilizing data-driven approaches, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Kathleen Harris
Kathleen is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 25 years of expertise spanning talent acquisition, human resources, and patient access. In her current role as Lead Talent Advisor, she serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers across California and Alaska, supporting the Transition into Practice (TIP) Cohort program within Providence’s Clinical Academy. Kathleen plays a pivotal role in guiding the recruitment and onboarding of RN Residents embarking on their nursing careers, as well as RN Fellows transitioning into new specialty areas. Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Andrea Parks
Andrea is a seasoned recruiting professional and has supported a variety of market areas and groups within Providence and other healthcare organizations. Andrea has been in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting for over 25 years. As a Lead Talent Advisor, she specializes in being a strategic partner for Hiring Managers and a mentor for Talent Advisors and Recruiters. She currently supports the recruiting efforts for Nursing / Nursing Support roles in the Providence Southern California ministries.
