Sara Hejazi has worked in the health care recruiting industry for over 4 years and is currently a Talent Advisor for Providence. Her dedication to her clients, candidates, and team allows her to build strong relationships that last. Sara truly cares about helping people find roles that make them happy, and fit their lifestyle. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and recently graduated with her MBA in 2021. Sara lives in Palm Beach, FL with her family, including her two young children and husband. When she's not working, she enjoys pursuing her passion for Equestrian riding, as well as traveling and creating new memories with her loved ones.

Eloise Leon Guerrero has worked in the Talent Acquisition field for over 22 years. She began her career recruiting for the commercial and home security industry in 2002. Eloise then shifted her career to healthcare recruitment and has been in varying TA roles (leadership and non-leadership) from 2003 through the present. Over that span of time, she has managed recruitment efforts for assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, as well as hospital and ambulatory care environments. Her background includes support of small and large facilities with a reach throughout the west coast. She has extensive experience in union and non-union affiliated organizations, as well as recent support of a company which utilizes a RPO (outsourcing) model. Her background includes years of experience working for companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Prestige Care, Legacy Health, Providence St. Joseph Health and IBM.

Donna Landgraf - donna.landgraf@providence.org

Donna grew up in Enumclaw, WA, and recently relocated back to Maryland where she used to live for 13 years. She brings a unique array of right and left-brain skills that pairs well with the unique challenges of Talent Acquisition. She is a recovering graphic designer and web developer turned Talent Advisor and has 15 years of experience recruiting in both the C-Suite Executive Level, and HealthCare space. She has been supporting Providence since 2019 and is a Lead Talent Advisor and SME for the account. She values honesty, communication, curious thinking, and believes it is the small things we do each day that brings the most contentment. Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, traveling, reading, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. Her favorite place on earth is holding her husband’s hand as they walk the beach, in LaPush, WA, searching for seaglass.

Dustin Attaway has been in healthcare recruitment and hiring for 12 years and is currently a Talent Advisor working with Providence. He is passionate about helping people find the right organization for them and matching them with fantastic careers. He lives in Dallas, Texas and enjoys spending his free time surrounded by family and friends, both playing and watching sports, and enjoying live music.

EmmaLee LaEardonn has worked in Talent Acquisition for 22 years. She began her career at Target Corporation as a Staffing and Development Manager for 16 years. Then shifted her career to health care at Providence Health & Services in 2016 to 2019, moving into the Banking industry in 2019-2021 and back to her love for healthcare and now supporting Providence Health & Services for the Oregon region. EmmaLee has supported a variety of roles at Providence that include entry-level to leadership roles. EmmaLee enjoys helping her community find positions in entry-level to get healthcare experience. EmmaLee enjoys her time mentoring her peers, building relationships with managers, and providing a great new hire welcoming experience. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, and time with family.

Monique brings over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 14 of those years in acute care healthcare. She started with Providence in early 2016 as a Senior Recruiter in SoCal until she was rebadged with IBM in 2019 becoming the Lead Talent Advisor where she continued to support the SoCal Region for 4 additional years before making her move to the Cohort Team supporting Resident and Fellow positions for the Northern and Central Divisions. In early months of 2024, Monique transitioned to the Oregon team where she has settled in and become a strategic staffing partner to her client groups and a strong and supportive leader of her care team.
Monique is known for her relationship building and excellent customer service. She is responsive, reliable, and consistently strives for excellence.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their 4 children, 7 grandchildren and 3 fur babies. She is a country girl who enjoys traveling, gardening, the beach and bike riding. She is a big fan of country music, sports, in particular, football, baseball, and NASCAR. When she is not working, you will most likely find her outdoors at a country concert, a sports arena, out back in her pool or at the beach!
