Andrea Parks
Andrea is a seasoned recruiting professional and has supported a variety of market areas and groups within Providence and other healthcare organizations. Andrea has been in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting for over 25 years. As a Lead Talent Advisor, she specializes in being a strategic partner for Hiring Managers and a mentor for Talent Advisors and Recruiters. She currently supports the recruiting efforts for Nursing / Nursing Support roles in the Providence Southern California ministries. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Marketing.
Amanda Levy
Amanda has 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within the healthcare industry. She excels at developing strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring the best fit for both parties. Amanda holds a Business Administration degree and is skilled in creating innovative recruitment strategies, utilizing data-driven approaches, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Currently, Amanda supports the recruiting efforts for nursing and nursing support roles within the Northern and Southern California ministries as a Talent Advisor at Providence.
