My early professional experience exposed me to individuals from all walks of life, that shared their perspectives and visions about the career path they wanted to travel. This inspired me to do more behind the scenes empowerment tutoring and mentoring students, friends, and co-workers. Prior to my degree in Human Resources, I spent 4years seeking my degree in Psychology, but fell in love with Staffing, and Human resources. I truly enjoy helping others navigate to their dream job. It?s a daily motivation for me.

Camisha Callis

Camisha is a Talent Acquisition Advisor serving Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo in California. She specializes in full-cycle employment practices focusing on candidates' engagement and experience. Prior to her role at Providence, she worked in Talent Acquisition for a large health care network on the East Coast and in a U.S Civil Service Human Resource role for the United States Navy Hospital – Okinawa.

Ron Sanchez

Ron Sanchez has over 25 years working in Talent Acquisition. For the past 16 years he has been supporting Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center. He takes great pride in the relationships that he has built over these past 16 years. He truly enjoys working with both leaders and candidates. He prides himself on providing both with as much information as possible ensuring the best possible experience if the leader is seeking a new Caregiver or if a candidate is seeking employment. Christina began her career in HR and Talent Acquisition after graduating from CA State Long Beach in 2003. She has joined the Providence St. Joseph team as a Talent Advisor in April of 2021 to support Nursing and Ancillary positions at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center and now at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center Burbank.
