Donna grew up in Enumclaw, WA, and, after living 13 years on the East Coast, was happy to return to her Pacific Northwest Roots. She brings a unique array of right and left-brain skills that pairs well with the unique challenges of Talent Acquisition. She is a recovering graphic designer and web developer turned Talent Advisor and has 10 years of experience recruiting in both the C-Suite Executive Level, and HealthCare space. She has been supporting Providence since 2019 and is the Lead Talent Advisor for the Western Washington Team. She values honesty, communication, curious thinking, and believing that it is the small things we do each day that brings the most contentment. Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, traveling, reading, and exploring the Northwest. Her favorite place on earth is holding her husband’s hand as they walk the beach, in LaPush, WA, searching for seaglass.
Sara Phillips
Sara Phillips is a Talent Acquisition Advisor supporting Swedish Edmonds and Mill Creek. She started in recruitment in 2009 She has a demonstrated history of working in a variety of industries including health care, hospitality, and education. She is skilled in Talent Acquisition, Collaboration, and Training. Sara has been supporting Swedish since 2021. Sara has an MBA in Human Resource Management and is a semiprofessional in musical theater and opera as a singer.
