Melissa's journey with Providence began in 2015, initially supporting non-nursing roles before transitioning to nursing and nursing support in 2019. Growing up in the Puget Sound area has deepened her commitment to supporting nursing leaders within the community. Beyond her professional endeavors, Melissa finds fulfillment in family time, often accompanied by her beloved golden doodle, Oslo. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, and supporting her son Camden in his adventures, whether it's a day at the park or cheering him on during soccer games.

Megan Lush
Megan is a career Talent Advisor with more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Having covered multiple regions and service areas in her five years with Providence, she currently supports the Southern California market for non-nursing roles. Her consultative approach builds strong relationships with her clients and candidates and focuses on results driven recruitment. Megan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management.

Danielle is a dedicated Talent Advisor with over 20 years of experience in recruitment, including the past six years in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Lead Talent Advisor for the Southern California Non-Nursing Team, her expertise spans full cycle recruitment, mentorship and creating strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Danielle holds a bachelor's degree in English which enables her to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of an organization.
