Chris Owens
A Talent Advisor since 2015, Chris initially focused on transitional and long-term care at Providence. Currently, Chris channels her expertise into nursing recruitment for Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA (PRMCE). She thrives on collaborating with clients and candidates alike to uncover the perfect career matches. In her spare time, she has a passion for hiking, fitness, and Seattle's summer activities, which complements cherished moments spent with her grandchild.
Darius Sias
Darius embarked on his journey in talent acquisition back in 2019, boasting a rich background across diverse sectors such as healthcare and executive-level recruitment. Since 2021, he has been an integral part of the Swedish team, based in Maryland. With an unwavering passion for sports and an unyielding drive to emerge victorious. He enjoys sports, hanging out with friends/family, and long walks to the fridge.
Melissa Davisson
Melissa's journey with Providence began in 2015, initially supporting non-nursing roles before transitioning to nursing and nursing support in 2019. Growing up in the Puget Sound area has deepened her commitment to supporting nursing leaders within the community. Beyond her professional endeavors, Melissa finds fulfillment in family time, often accompanied by her beloved golden doodle, Oslo. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, and supporting her son Camden in his adventures, whether it's a day at the park or cheering him on during soccer games.
Hillary Keels
Hillary has been in the staffing and recruiting industry for seven years. In that time, she has focused on medical recruiting, running a full-cycle desk with client and account management, as well as ran various vendor management systems. She is confident in her knowledge of the recruitment process and is excited to utilize that experience for her current role while working with you!
She is currently a Talent Advisor for the North and East Portland regions on the Physician Enterprise team.
Hillary is located in Dallas, Texas where she lives with her two pups, Samson and Delilah. She took three years of culinary classes and now you can typically find her cooking, baking, or enjoying a nice glass of wine.
